I understand that my participation in any T7JJ Training sponsored programs or any of its exercise classes either within or outside of the premises, and my use of any of its exercise equipment or use of any of T7JJ Training facilities whatsoever may lead to injury or may be detrimental to my health, and that I participate solely at my own risk, and that I, my relatives, or heirs, shall hold T7JJ and its principals, directors, officers, instructors, employees, personal trainers, representatives and agents harmless from any and all loss, cost, claim, injury, damage and liability, sustained and/or resulting from any act of any such person or entity.
T7JJ also shall not be responsible or liable to any member or guest for lost or stolen articles. Any property left by any person on the premises, without provision for its safe storage, may be disposed of or sold by T7JJ without notice.
I have read and understand the terms of the T7JJ Release of Liability Waiver, I understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing this document. I sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
